2021 / France / Fiction / 30′
Directed by Sébastien Betbeder
Synopsis
Rémi has made a few short films, but they haven’t had the resounding success he hoped for. So this year he agrees to give a filmmaking workshop at a high school in the Paris suburbs. As the weeks go by, he and the students start to bond.
Biography
After studying at Le Fresnoy and Les Beaux-Arts, Sébastien Betbeder directed several short films, followed by his first feature film Nuage. He then directed Nights with Théodore and 2 automns, 3 winters. In 2014, Inupiluk marks the beginning of a Greenlandic trilogy, which will end with Journey to Greenland. Followed by Marie and the misfits, Ulysses & Mona, Up the mountain and Thick and Thin, long feature that reconnects with Sebastien’s most absurd and offbeat vein of his cinema.
